Recently, CICC (China Institute of City Competitiveness), APEPA (Asia-Pacific Association of Environmental Protection)、ICGA (International Cultural Geology Association) have announced the results for the Ranking List for the 15th(2018) Summer Destinations in China and the World. 

 

The list is based on the long-term data gathered from each summer during the past few years of places in the world, and it takes accounts from recent climate information from the United Nations World Meteorological Organisation, the World Meteorological agencies, Hong Kong Observatory and other related organisations. This report has also made a comprehensive reference to different destinations related to natural resources, ecological environment, culture, landscapes, attractions, reception capacity, accessibility, influences and other performances. 

 

The total lists have four sections: List of 2018 Global Summer Destination, List of 2018 Chinese Summer Destinations, List of 2018 Chinese Summer Mountains and List of 2018 Summer Leisure Counties. Among the above mentioned lists, some places in Yunnan have been listed.
