Lijiang Airport has officially opened the "Lijiang-Kuala Lumpur" route, which is the fouth air route opened by Lijiang Airport this year. Thus, Kuala Lumpur becomes the seventh international navigable city between Lijiang after Seoul, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung and Taipei.

Lucky Air will be applying A320 aircraft with the flight number 8L839/40. It takes off at 10:15 AM from Lijiang and it arrives in Kuala Lumpur at 14:25 PM local time. The departure time of the return trip is 15:30 PM and it should arrive Lijiang at 19:30 PM. The four-hour journey takes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
