According to Wenshan News, from October 29, 2017, a direct flight between Wenshan and Chengdu will be opened. The airbus A319 will put into use by Sichuan Airline. There are three flights every week on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The opening of "Chengdu-Wenshan" flight can improve the traffic situation between the two places, strengthening the economic and trade tourism between the two. And it also helps to promote Wenshan’s rich tourism resources and diversified tourism products in Southwest China.
