The 17th Kunming Peach Blossom Festival will be held from February 25 to March 31 in Kunming Jiaoye Park.

There are 26 variety of roughly 10,000 peach trees that are in their full bloom in spring city. According to the park, they have introduced another 10 variety of 30 pots of peach flower for visitors to appreciate the gorgeous flower. Residents and visitors could see peach flower, plum flower, begonia and rhododendron in Jiaoye Park for the entire spring.

1. East gate of Jiaoye Park

This area covers about 50mu which is the largest cherry growing area in Kunming.

2. Peach Flower Area

Stretching from the main road to the West gate of the park, this area contains a great variety of peach flowers.

3. The Suspension Bridge Area

This area has plenty of rhododendron which deems to be the best location for appreciate rhododendron.

4. Meirengu Area

In here, you will find Prunus persica flower, rhododendron and more than 300 Japanese cherry trees.
